Symbian development

Some days ago I told you about my Symbian development plans. I played around with gnuPoc, the 1.0 SDK by Nokia and some patches. Briefly: Altmost everything failed. Sad about that I remebered the Windows XP license packaged with my notebook. Hard way to go, but I installed Windows on a 10gb partition of my notebook's harddisk.

Right now I'm going to test two applications:

- MS Visual Studio .NET with Nokia SDK 1.2
- Borland C++ Builder 6 Mobile Edition with Nokia SDK 0.9

I read in a magazine, that Borland is going to release a new Mobile Edition with the Nokia SDK 2.0 soon. RAD will be brought to the "Mobile Desktop". Great

the visual studiio installer just copied lots of AVIs to my hdd, just because i selected "documentation". gnar.

some morcheeba will cool me down.
